Approach

I built ChatGPT-style internal and customer-facing apps with real-time chat, context-aware responses, conversation management and admin dashboards.

Underneath, multi-tenant AI systems combine role-based access control, memory and RAG retrieval, so each tenant and role only sees what it should.

Enterprise integrations connect the assistant to SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Canva, NetSuite and internal platforms.
